Our theater includes a 3-story fly-loft, seats 1,350 guests, and allows them to experience the most technically advanced theater afloat.  Also, another first at sea, our AquaTheater on Oasis and Allure of the Seas, features our aqua and dive cast.

RCCL is seeking exceptional singers and dancers to portray roles between the age of 18-40.  We will also be casting professional character performers.  All applicants should have prior performance experience and must provide a current picture and resume.  Please visit our Audition Calendar for upcoming auditions in your area.

Singers

RCCL is seeking professional seasoned singers with various vocal styles to include: Pop/Rock, R&B, Contemporary Musical Theatre/Broadway, and Jazz.  The ability to act and phonetically speak other languages is a plus. (Spanish, Italian, French & Portuguese.)  Singers will be required to audition "live" or by "video submission" and should present their best 16-32 bars of a ballad and an up-tempo in contrasting styles.  NO a cappella or accompaniment tracks are permitted.  An accompaninst will be provided at the "live" auditions and sheet music must be in the proper key.  Some singer positions will require dance movement and all applicants should come prepared to learn a movement combination.  Video submission applicants must also submit video footage of previous performance experience showing various vocal styles and dance movement abilities.  **Note: "Live" auditions preferred.

Females should have a vocal range between G3 - C6 with a strong, controlled belt/mix up to an F5.  Must also be able to produce sultry alto notes as well as the ability to sing light and floaty in upper register.

Males should have a vocal range between A2 - A4 and must be able to sustain upper notes.  Some roles required strong falsetto up to an F5.

Dancers

RCCL is seeking seasoned dancers with various styles of dance and strong technical training.  Dancers will be required to audition "live" or by "video submission".  Our choreographer will teach three challenging combinations at the "live" auditions.  Proper dance attire is required.  Video submission applicants must submit video footage displaying a brief across the floor combination (2 to 4 counts of 8) to include: Pirouettes (Jazz or Classical), Jumps, Extensions, Battements, etc.  You will also need to include two contrasting Jazz combinations, 1 to 2 minutes minimum, in Contemporary, Lyrical or Funk Jazz styles.  Video footage of previous performance experience showing various dance styles as well as any specialtly skills such as aerial or tumbling is a plus.  **Note: "Live" auditions preferred.

Costumed Character Performers*

RCCL is seeking Female and Male performers to appear as DreamWorks costumed characters.  Should have a basic movement/dance background as you will be performing in many different venues on board as well as meet-and-greets.  Mask work and full body puppetry a plus.  Height 4'10" to 6'4".

Aerial Artists*

RCCL is seeking Dancer/Aerial Artists to perform on original apparatus in featured aerial and production shows.  Prior experience is a plus however, not required to audition.  Must possess well developed, strong bodies to sustain rigorous demands.  Our aerial trainers will guide you through a series of strength training, apparatus/harness work and a dance combination.  Tumbling a plus.

Ballroom Dancers*

RCCL is seeking Ballroom couples who possess Principle caliber ballroom experience.  Must be technically trained and able to perform the following Latin Ballroom dances: Jive, Cha cha cha, Samba, and Rhumba.
