Consultant, Media & Interactive Technology
A native of South Florida, Ronnie Farzad attended George Washington University in Washington D.C. and graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs. In the coming years, he gained experience in digital marketing and graphic design, developing and launching an e-commerce venture after returning to Miami in 2006. By 2007, Ronnie was employed at a PR firm in Aventura, FL managing media and special events for the soon-to-launch St. Regis Bal Harbour, among other hospitality clients. Ronnie first joined Royal Caribbean International in 2008 while pursuing his MBA at University of Miami. He has since had the opportunity to work on the Strategic Alliances and Promotions teams and also on the Oasis of the Seas launch team prior to joining the Entertainment & Guest Activities Dream Team.
Simona was born and raised in beautiful Naples, Italy. Since she was a little girl she has showed interest in theater and scenic art. After graduating from university specializing in languages, Simona became fluent in Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. She then decided to embrace her lifetime dream to travel the world. In 2007 Simona joined Royal Caribbean International on the Mariner of the Seas, and has used her talents on all Voyager class ships that sailed the world. She's proud to be your Cruise Director onboard, and wishes you a fantastic cruise vacation. When you see her around the ship, make sure you say "Ciao Bella!".
Specialist- Cruise Activities
Alison Frazier trained as a professional dancer and dance teacher at London College of Dance and Drama in the UK. After graduating she worked as a dancer in England and Spain before joining Chandris (now Celebrity) and then joining Royal Caribbean International. Alison sailed onboard for over six years as a dancer, cruise staff, and social host. Post shipboard life was a reality check in Manhattan for two years where she worked at the head office for Chanel Inc. getting her business skills back up to speed. Upon moving to Miami in 1998 Alison rejoined Royal Caribbean International corporate offices as an Entertainment Purchasing Agent for the Voyager and Millennium class new builds. Alison joined the Cruise Programs team in 1999 and is proud to once again be an integral part of the team that provides our guests the vacation of a lifetime. As Activities Specialist she manages the the Activity and Sports Program and supports the Cruise Directors, Activities Managers, Sports Staff and DJ's on Royal Caribbean's fleet.
Specialist - Enrichment Programming
Linda Givens has been with Royal Caribbean for 14 years. Linda manages the enrichment program and is responsible for booking special onboard lectures covering topics such as destinations, arts & crafts, book authors, itinerary specific games, caricaturists, ballroom dancing instructors and motivational speakers, among many others.
Costume Production Assistant
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Alyssa Gruber is a graduate of Point Park University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Sport, Arts and Entertainment Management. Alyssa’s early career saw her serving as a dancer, teaching artist and administrator for the Pittsburgh Public Theater, The Pillow Project, Dance Alloy and the Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Alyssa’s passion for travel and life at sea began in 2005 as a cast member on board Disney Cruise Line. She then toured extensively throughout Europe and the Americas performing lead roles with Sesame Street Live. Over the past two years, she served as the take out Coordinator with Royal Caribbean’s DreamWorks program. Alyssa is incredibly excited to further her career with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as part of the Production Team.
Tracy has been working within the professional entertainment industry for 25+ years. She has over 22 years of experience within the cruise industry and joined Royal Caribbean Productions in 2000. Tracy is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in music education coupled with an emphasis in voice and vocal performance. Tracy’s professional career began as a featured singer/dancer. She performed for Opryland USA, Disney, Busch Gardens Tampa, Cunard Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean Productions to name a few.
Tracy began her production career with Busch Gardens Tampa Bay as Artistic Director in 1991. She managed show quality, new show production, oversaw the training of new performers as well as casting of singers, dancers, actors and musicians. Tracy joined the Royal Caribbean Productions creative team of vocal directors in 2002 responsible for teaching and directing all vocal material. Overseeing the rehearsal process. Part of the show installation team responsible for singer EQ, overall sound quality, working with the musical director, orchestra, and overseeing costume fittings. Tracy joined the casting team in 2003. Since that time Tracy has been traveling the world in over 11 countries auditioning singers, dancers, gymnasts, and costume characters for Royal Caribbean’s top rated production shows.
Most importantly Tracy loves her job. Her passion for the arts began in school with the positive influence of wonderful music teachers who provided her with a strong nurturing and positive learning environment. She enjoys being able to provide talent with wonderful performance opportunities and making peoples dreams come true!
Christine is a native from Columbus, Ohio. She began her professional dance career at 18, dancing with such prominent companies like Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago and Joseph Holmes Chicago Dance Theatre. Christine also guest danced for River North Dance Company and Bob Eisen Dance. While at GGJDC, Christine served as the Rehearsal Director. She taught company classes as well as Jazz, Modern, Ballet for the Gus Giordano Dance Center, Lou Conte Dance Center and Joseph Holmes School of Dance. Christine has given master classes all over the world while working in conjunction with these companies. She also worked with Joseph Holmes Dance Theatre's, Chance To Dance program, providing dance classes to underprivileged children in the Chicago-land area. Christine departed Chicago and ventured into the cruise industry, dancing, choreographing and directing for Jean Ann Ryan Productions and RCI. Christine has been produce to be a part of the RCI entertainment family since 1998, where she continues to teach and direct.
Coordinator, Production Operations
Amber King has been passionately involved in the performing arts since the age of five. Initially, Amber trained full time in classical ballet in Sydney, Australia where she was awarded the Royal Academy of Dancing’s highest standing, the Solo Seal. Amber then broadened her repoirtoire through performing arts training with Sydney’s leading Performing Arts school where she learnt many styles of dance and related arts, graduating with Certificate IV in Performing Arts. Amber has danced professionally for many years entertaining and exciting numerous audiences all over the globe. Many of Amber’s performances were with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines where she developed her professional position from Dancer to Dance Captain to Rehearsal Choreographer. In these dynamic roles Amber worked with various directors and choreographers including Louis Van Amstel from Dancing With The Stars. Amber is currently the Coordinator, Production Operations for Royal Caribbean International and is pleased to be working closely with office staff, show directors and performers at the Hollywood Studios.
Casting Specialist - Vocalists/Music Production
Originally from the Philadelphia, PA area, Robert began his musical journey at the age of 7 studying piano and performing in his first musical theatre production, “Oliver”. At the age of 14 he was accepted into the Conservatory of Music in Bryn Mawr, PA for his outstanding and extraordinary 4 octave vocal range. After five years of vocal training and a variety of professional musical theatre productions (including: “The Sound of Music”, “Unsinkable Molly Brown”, “Evita” and “A Christmas Carol”) Robert made a move to Tampa, FL where he spent 4 years as a Singer/ Dancer and Vocal Captain at Busch Gardens. In 1992, he decided to further his career by moving to Nashville, TN. After two years of performing at Opryland U.S.A and having the privilege of singing on the Grand Ole Opry with the well-known multi-Dove Award winner, Sandi Patty, Robert set his eyes upon the seas and began performing for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. During his five year stint as a Singer/ Dancer with Royal Caribbean, where he had the honors of singing with the incomparable Ben Vereen, he also found time to record a CD, a compilation of songs written and produced by himself, entitled “Believing in Love”. In the late ’90s Robert began to incorporate the production aspects of Entertainment and was brought in as a vocal director for Royal Caribbean International. Shortly thereafter, the opportunity arose for him to join the Casting Department. Currently Robert casts and hires all of our Vocalists for our 22 vessels including the Leading and Principal Roles for our Broadway Shows, “Hairspray”, “Chicago the Musical” and “Saturday Night Fever” as well as supervises all of the music aspects of our 50+ production shows.
As Royal Caribbean International's first Asian Cruise Director, Fang is proud to show off the line's entertainment to guests all over the world. Born and raised in Beijing, Fang graduated from the Beijing Social Communication College, where he majored in Public Relations. After eight years working for five-star hotels in Beijing and Hong Kong, he joined Royal Caribbean in 1995 and was one of the team members aboard Sun Viking, the first ship that Royal Caribbean sent to Asia. During his 17 years with the line, he's worked aboard almost every one of its ships, and is again excited to be part of the team bringing Voyager of the Seas to Asia.
Facilities Production Operations Specialist
Rhonda was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania and graduated Dean’s List from DeSales University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance, 2002. Throughout her time at DeSales University, she was recognized amongst her class for overall highest achievement in technique, choreography, performance and educational acumen. Rhonda served as President of the Dance Honour Society. Her choreography was chosen for adjudication at the American College Dance Festival in 2001, and featured alongside choreography from several Nationally Acclaimed Artists. Rhonda spent time working at the New York’s prestigious Broadway Dance Center, before joining Norwegian Cruiseline in 2003, where she spent several years dancing onboard. In addition to performing, Rhonda has been teaching dance for many years, ranging from Beginner to Advanced Levels. In 2006 Rhonda was delighted to join Royal Caribbean International as a dancer. She proudly transitioned to the Royal Caribbean Production Studio team in 2010 and is now responsible for Royal Caribbean Production Studio Financial Processing and Entertainment Productions Events. Recently Rhonda also assumed the additional resposibilies of overseeing the maintenance of the Production Facility, Costume/Design Center and Housing Complex. Rhonda is extremely grateful for this wonderful opportunity.
Harrison McEldowney has choreographed all over the world in countries such as Japan, Germany, Argentina, and Great Britain to name a few. He is an acclaimed and awarded choreographer including the After Dark Award and Ruth Page Award for choreography along with being listed several times by the Chicago Tribune as one of Chicago's choreographers to watch. He has created dance pieces for special occasions such as the 97th birthday celebration of noted dance historian and critic Ann Barzel. (The only choreographer of the evening bestowed with the hour of creating an original work). He also did an original work to open the 10th anniversary of Dance for Life, a performance of renowned Chicago Dance companies in the fight against AIDS. Harrison was also the co-recipient of the Inaugural Prince Prize along with Chicago's Hubbard Street Dance Company. The companies in Chicago Harrison has choreographed for are Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Hubbard Street 2, River North Chicago Dance Company, the Cerque/Rivera Art Experience, and the Civic Ballet of Chicago. Other companies include Ballet Met, Louisville Ballet, San Antonio Metropolitan Ballet, and Configurations which features acclaimed dancers from companies such as American Ballet Theater, New York City Ballet, and Dance Theater of Harlem. His recent premiere of At the End of the Road for Configurations received praise from the New York Times. He is also a requested choreographer for dancers solos in International Ballet competitions. Harrison has choreographed for Carnegie Hall's 125 year Celebration of Musical Theater, for the '92 Barcelona Olympics Closing Ceremonies, the 35th Anniversary Tour of American Bandstand, and the Australian Concert Tour of Dirty Dancing featuring Bill Medley, Eric Carmen, and the Contours. He also worked with Sammy David Jr., Van Johnson, Chita Rivera, Dorothy Lamour, rap artists Salt n Pepa, Carol Channing and Debbie Reynolds.
Your Cruise Director, Mitch, is a proud Canadian born in London, Ontario. After going to school for Business Administration Marketing, he got his start in entertainment working in radio. He set sail with Royal Caribbean International in 2004 as Cruise Director’s Staff and has since held the positions of DJ, Activities Manager, and now Cruise Director. Mitch has worked on all classes of Royal Caribbean ships and has had the pleasure of being a part of the closing out of Empress of the Seas in 2007 and also the take out team of Oasis of the Seas in 2009. Because of his job, Mitch has traveled to Russia, Egypt, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Mediterranean and truly believes that cruising is the way to travel. He hopes to see you at the live shows, music sets, and activities this voyage, especially his favorite activity to host the Love & Marriage Game Show.

Casting Specialist- Dancers
Patrick Mullaney has been working in the entertainment industry for over 22 years. He has performed in some of the most prestigious theaters worldwide as well as with some of today’s most prominent directors and choreographers including Twyla Tharp, Jiri Kylian, Margo Sappington and Susan Stroman. As a dancer he performed with Joseph Holmes Dance Theater, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and Ballet: The Daring Project. In 1988 he was awarded the Ruth Page Award for “Outstanding Dancer of the year”. He has also performed extensively in regional and Broadway Theater including the closing company of “Cats” and “A Christmas Carol” at Madison Square Garden. He also can be seen in several television commercials and in the musical film version of “The Producers”. He has worked as a Ballet Master, Rehearsal Director, Audition Coordinator, and Producer. He has also taught master classes in dance throughout the United States, Mexico and Israel. Patrick currently casts all dancers, acrobats, divers, synchronized swimmers and aerialists for RCCL 's 23 ships .
Mark has been dancing for more than 20 years, starting at Paramount Parks as a dancer/singer, then to Royal Caribbean International (RCI) as a dancer/singer, and finally onto River North Chicago Dance Company as featured soloist. Mark is currently an In-house Director/Choreographer for RCI, whose travels have taken him literally around the world.
